ACUMIX Model AQG mounting options descriptions and drawing links.

Open Tank Designs:
Swivel Mounted Mixers - Clamp & Cup-Plate Designs:
Open tank swivel mount.  Assumes no tank lid or top to constrain required final agitator shaft adjustment location.  Tank anti-swirl baffles are not required assuming optimal orientation is achieved.  See drawing links.    

Fixed Mounted Mixers - Base plate & Angle Riser Designs:
ACUMIX Model AQOG:  "Lower Headroom" fixed mounted open tank.  Mixer shaft coupling is located below the mixers mounting surface.  Used most often to mount to beams, tank top or lagged into concrete support.  See drawing links.     

 

ACUMIX Model AQPG:  "Pedestal" fixed mounted open tank.  Mixer shaft coupling is located above the mixer mounting surface.  Used most often to mount to beams, tank top or lagged into concrete support.       

 
Closed Tank Designs:
Each of the following closed tank options are designed to mount to a mating standard 150# ANSI flange assembly, although other flange options are available.  Each design can be mounted using either a "vertical on tank centerline" or an "angular offset" mounting arrangement.   

Hermetically Sealed Lip Seal Design: 
ACUMIX MODEL AQHG:  "Lower Headroom" closed tank hermetically sealed for at or near atmospheric conditions.  Mixer shaft coupling is located below the mixer mounting base.  See drawing link.  

Stuffing Box Seal Design:
ACUMIX Model AQSG:  Closed tank stuffing box designs with a working range of 0-30 PSIG.  Pedestal mount locates the mixer shaft coupling above the mixers mounting base.  See drawing links.  

Mechanical Seal Designs:
ACUMIX Model AQMG:  Closed tank mechanical seal designs.  Single dry running seal with a working range of full vacuum to 150 PSIG.  Numerous designs are available.  Pedestal mount with the agitator shaft coupling located above the mixers mounting base.  See drawing link.
