Design Features:
Motor - Industry
standard, off-the-shelf. NEMA electric or air motors are supplied with all
model AQ mixers ensuring maximum reliability and ease of
replacement.
Mounting options (open tank)
- ACUMIX offers a broad range of swivel mounted Clamp and bolt-on Cup-Plate designs as well as fixed
mounted flat plate and angle riser designs are available for proper mixer
positioning above open tank. 55 gallon - 2" bung mounted designs
are also available.
Shaft Lengths - ACUMIX
can provide number shaft diameter and length options. The shaft can be
designed to fit your application using quick release chucks or flanged
coupling designs.
Impellers - ACUMIX
mixing expertise includes the use of impeller designs for low shear (high
flow) blending, slurry suspension (or make-down), gas dispersion, high shear
dissolving and dispersing, close clearance collapsible designs, and viscous
mixing.

on a wide range of standard mixer configurations to quickly meet your
needs. This is not an off the shelf program that has to meet a rigid
standard model program but is rather a program that utilizes and builds on stock
components on a quick and efficient basis. If you really need it we
